LDA helped Emergent establish “Emergent Development Initiatives (EDI)” to increase the social impact of their digital financial services solutions.
Established in 2012 and supported by UK aid, FSD Africa is a specialist development agency working to build and strengthen financial markets across sub-Saharan Africa. FSD Africa is incorporated as a non-profit company limited by guarantee in Kenya. It is funded by UK aid from the UK government.
LDA provided management support to develop a strategic framework for FSD Africa's fragile and conflict-affected states programs. This support extended to project and portfolio management from a financial, strategy and personal management perspective.
People’s Pension Trust is a licensed Corporate Trustee under the Company Code of Ghana 1963 (Act 179). We offer innovative, flexible and digitally-driven pension products to ensure retirement income security for the Ghanaian worker. They maintain a specific focus on the informal sector; which despite making up over 85% of the labour force in Ghana, had no access to retirement services until the 2008 pension reform.
LDA helped develop the framework for investment fundraising as well as develop a donor funded program to increase their reach to women.
The World Bank Group is a family of five international organizations that make leveraged loans to developing countries. It is the largest and best-known development bank in the world. We have provided consulting services to their private sector arm, the International Finance Corporation, an international financial institution that offers investment, advisory, and asset-management services to encourage private-sector development in less developed countries.
LDA has provided advisory services support, with a focus on research, sector strategy development as well as regional strategy support.
